these fuller-bodied white grapes are picked early & fermented in concrete to retain freshness - aged in stainless steel without temperature control - bottled unfined, unfiltered & with a tiny bit of SO2
the wine is fresh, bright & fruity without being weighty or dense - lots of golden delicious apple & lemon curd notes
