grapes are hand-picked from young biodynamic vines - half are macerated in whole bunches for 10 days & half are direct-pressed before being blended together to rest in fiberglass - spontaneous ferment - bottled without fining, filtration or added SO2
the wine is super light & juicy, with notes of stewed plum, cherry, raspberry & star anise - craves a little chill!
