aromatic, juicy & vibrant - intense floral nose of dried lavender - packed full of fruity red plums & black cherries - light to medium bodied, high acid, low tannin - loves a light chill!
grapes are all hand-picked from dry-farmed vineyards - spontaneous ferment in tank - small portion goes through malolactic fermentation in old puncheons & then gets blended with the tank portion for the final bottling - lightly filtered
