the cab sauv comes from the red hills ava located east of st helena, at the base of a volcano - the cab franc comes from the coombsville, napa ava - all vineyards are farmed organically - spontaneous ferment in stainless steel - macerated on skins for an extra ten days after fermentation - 10 months in french oak (10% new oak)
