Region: Menorca, Spain

Grape: mostly Chardonnay, & a bit of White Prensal (a grape indigenous to the Spanish island of Menorca!)

grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks & are blended before bottling 

the wine is clean & fresh, with a medium body & nice complexity - lots of tropical fruit acidity & soft saline notes
