Grape: a blend of Trebbiano & Malvasia, with a bit of Verdicchio
complex & lively skin-contact wine made by Italian nuns (the Sisters of the Cistercian Order). all grapes are co-harvested & co-fermented by 80 women who live & work on the property, farming vineyards, orchards & gardens organically - this blend spends a while longer on skins than its sister - savoury & earthy with roasted fennel, pear skins, mint & preserved lemon - more tannic than the other wine from these sisters!
