Grape: 100% Black Muscat (rare & cool grape - a cross between Schiava & Muscat of Alexandria)

short carbonic maceration - spontaneous ferment - aged in barrel for 1 year 

the wine drinks like an aged rose, with notes of wild strawberry, earthy baking spices & dried flowers - bright acidity & dusty tannins, with a bit of a meaty finish - weird & cool & delicious - definitely need to chill this one!
