Grape: Grenache, Syrah & Carignan

grapes come from young vines (15 years old) - after picking, the grapes are destemmed & undergo spontaneous ferment in concrete vats, with regular pumpovers - they then undergo saignee in stainless steel 

the wine is light, lively & fresh, with notes of redcurrant, pomegranate, fresh strawberry juice & cotton candy (but it's not sweet!)
