a supple & easy-drinking pinot with a decent body - really dry (2 g/L RS) - bright cherry, dried herbs, lots of spice, a little fresh mint & rose perfume - fleshy, soft tannins - subtle meaty character - drinking well now!
a blend of two vineyards (burn cottage vineyard in lowburn & sauvage vineyard in bannockburn) - spontaneous ferment - aged in french oak for 12 months
