pinot gris isn't usually synonymous with mosel wines, but this lardot is a real knockout! 2 weeks on skins, giving it a peachy colour, aged in barrique for approx 6 months & then bottled unfined & unfiltered. stewed strawberries, sundried tomatoes, big acid, gentle tannins - truly a perfect orange wine!
