this off-dry riesling is filled with fruit & acid - notes of granny smith apple, grapefruit zest, fresh fern, rosemary & mint, with a finish of white pepper & saline - this wine will be delicious if you drink it now, but it'll be its best if you age it for another 5-10 years :-)
