after a really challenging 2020 vintage (so many wildfires!), 2021 was a nice reprieve for oregon winemakers & growers - these grapes were grown in a mix of volcanic basalt, marine sedimentary & fragmented granite soils - undergoes spontaneous ferment - aged on lees for 10 months in a mix of stainless steel & oak barrels, without stirring
