Prima Piuma is a low intervention, organic line of wines created by female winemaker Summer Wolff in collaboration with Azienda Agricola Gaia. Prima Piuma translates to "first feather" The Bianco is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling fermented in stainless steel. 

Aromatic with notes of green apple, fresh nectarines, white blossoms and a touch of green garden herbs.
