this wine undergoes pre-fermentation cold ferment to give it the skin-contact without compromising the delicate fruity character of the wine, giving us a unique skin-contact pinot grigio with intense strawberry & tropical fruity notes! it pours a gorgeous pinkish-amber hue, & it's full-bodied & fragrant & delicate & elegant all at once. an absolute pleasure!
