a unique non-alcoholic beverage made using real fruit & natural ingredients - this one is made by dehydrating whole oranges for 48 hours to give the orange a caramelized/candied quality - there is a 5-hour infusion of yuzu & orange pith to add a bitter element - organic cane sugar is added at the end to tone down the bitterness from the citrus
this beverage is still, not fizzy, despite the crown cap - it drinks tart & well-balanced, with heavy citrus notes, a waxy mouth-feel & a lingering finish
