Ingredients: starts with a saison brewed by Rocket Brewing in Malmo - gets blended with wine & lees from Claus Preisinger (Austrian natural wine hero) - then gets topped off with fresh fermenting rhubarb juice that was harvested earlier in the year! 

karl sjostrom & mikael nypelius are the brains behind fruktstereo - one of sweden's most forward-thinking agricultural projects in the last decade! here, multifruit ferments are the focus.

this is a pet-nat style fruit wine made using ale, fermented rhubarb juice & barrel-aged red wine. think funky fresh rhubarb sherbert with a little spritz! such a delight <3
