flavia rallo is a young 4th-gen winemaker - these organic nerello grapes are hand-harvested & then undergo spontaneous fermentation, age for 12 months in slavonian oak before being bottled lightly fined & filtered, with a touch of SO2. then the wine is aged for another 12 months in bottle!
a litre of deliciousness, with lots of stewed plums & cherries, salty strawberry puree, spicy green peppercorns & light, delicate tannins. this wine loves a chill!
