Grapes coming from old vines planted in 1905 & all vines are dry-farmed organic & biodynamic - grapes are fermented in stainless steel & aged in old oak 

 

The wine is aromatic & fresh, with decisive acidity - nutty & floral notes linger, with floating notes of stone fruit, fresh lychee, jasmine & lemon blossoms
